The above rates do not include the State Motor Vehicle Rental (Highway) Surcharge of $3 per rental day, the applicable Vehicle Licensing Fee (from $.17 to $.50 per day) and the Airport Concession Recovery Fee (11.11% at Honolulu International Airport and 8.1% in Lihue, Kahului, Kona, Hilo and on Molokai), or any other such charges as may be imposed on the car rental transaction. Such charges will be collected directly from the renter at the time of rental. (If any of the preceding surcharge/fees increase, Dollar will notify Client in a timely manner and will set forth the date of implementation.)

Gasoline, the optional protection coverage, including Loss Damage Waiver (LDW), Personal Protection Plan (PPP), Supplemental Liability Insurance (SLI) and Uninsured Motorist Protection (UMP), upgrades, overtime and drop charges, under-age and/or additional driver charges, along with the applicable tax (4.166%) outer islands and (4.712%) on Oahu are additional and will also be collected directly from the renter at the time of rental.

Over time is calculated on a 24-hour day for each rental agreement.

Rates are not valid for the Island of Lanai and in Hana, Maui.
