Great condo in a great location. A quick walk or drive to food, fun, the beach, and whatever else you might need. You can walk to the ocean, but we chose to drive up the street to Hapuna Beach to enjoy one of the top beaches in the world. We did the Lavaman Triathlon this past April, 2022. This was a perfect location. Close to many restaurants, bars, and excursions, not to mention the event itself. Clean, luxurious, great lanai, kitchen, and bedroom. Wish we had time to use the tub. Next time! Gym was adequate on property. Nice walk to the beach too. We definitely recommend this place. This is such a great location for our first trip in Hawaii. This condo is fully equipped with everything you need for a week long stay or longer with your family. It is so convenient to restaurants and shops, all walking distance and a few locations to capture the beauty of the sunset. We also enjoyed the lava lava beach club and just hang out there at the beach, swim and again also watch the sunset, all just walking distance from our condo. We thoroughly enjoyed our one month stay at C103 Vista Waikoloa. Each morning when we stepped out on to the lanai it was a pleasure to hear birds chirping, see the sun shining and the beautiful grounds. We only had one day of rain the entire month there. The only two somewhat negative comments we had is that the condo is dated. The furniture, carpet, kitchen, washer and dryer have all seen better days. However, none of this stopped us from having a great vacation. We weren't there to stay in the condo all day - we got out and enjoyed the entire island. Mahalo. ~Ron and Wendy R. (October 2017)
