The primary and second bedroom feature luxurious king beds, while the third bedroom offers two twin beds that can be converted into a king upon request and a queen sofa bed in the living room. The townhome has a spacious patio that connects to the community's main walking path, only a short distance away from the fantastic Fairways' amenity center which offers a heated pool, hot tub and fitness center.

**Guests of 1305 will receive exclusive membership benefits to the Mauna Lani, Auberge Resort Collections Wellness Center and Tennis Club. Guests will have complimentary access to the private lap pool, fitness center, locker rooms, pickleball and tennis facilities. This exclusive partnership with the Mauna Lani, Auberge Resorts Collection, is offered to only a select few vacation rental properties. Membership valid through August 1, 2026, must be renewed annually by the property owner and may be discontinued without notice.
