Villages at Mauna Lani 640 is a modern three bedroom town home that offers spacious indoor and outdoor living, with an open-concept living room and fully equipped kitchen flowing seamlessly onto a large private lanai featuring a built-in BBQ—perfect for sunset dinners. The expansive living area is enhanced by high vaulted ceilings and wall-length glass sliders that invite in the tropical breezes and create a seamless connection to the outdoors.

The top floor features a luxurious primary suite with a California king-size bed and a spacious en-suite bathroom complete with a glass-enclosed shower and soaking tub. Downstairs, two additional bedrooms provide comfortable accommodations, along with a convenient laundry room equipped with a washer and dryer. One bedroom features a king-size bed, private outdoor lanai, and en-suite bathroom with a large shower and soaking tub. The second bedroom offers two queen-size beds, a private lanai, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. All three bedrooms feature spacious walk-in closets, providing ample storage and comfort throughout the home for up to 8 people.

The Villages at Mauna Lani is a gated community at the Mauna Lani Resort, one of the premier oceanfront resorts on the Big Island with 2 championship golf courses. Guests of the Villages enjoy complimentary access to the Amenity complex with a free-form tropical pool, exercise room and community clubhouse. The Shops at Mauna Lani is located next door to the Villages neighborhood, where a grocery, shopping and popular restaurants are only a short walk away. All guests will receive exclusive access to the private Beach Club, where a sandy beach, excellent snorkeling and ocean side dining at Napua Restaurant can be found.

The Sports Club and Tennis Garden is available for a fee or is complimentary for all guests who are staying in a property that has purchased the Auberge Membership. Additional classes — such as beach yoga may also be available for an additional fee.  Please inquire directly with the Sports Club and Tennis Garden for rates, tennis & pickleball court and class availability.
