Description

H203 is a newly renovated, colorfully decorated 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom oceanfront condo with spectacular views. Located in the highly desired H-building, guests experience beautiful unobstructed ocean views. Enjoy peaceful afternoons on the large covered lanai with seating for outdoor sunset meals, or relax to the sounds of the nearby surf. Steps away from the front door is the newly renovated (2020) Terrace amenity center, with a newly constructed pool, spa, kiddie pool and upgraded BBQ facilities. The spacious living room of H203 features tile flooring with comfortable modern decor, a large flat screen TV with Sonos music and an Apple TV. The re-finished kitchen features gorgeous granite counter tops, upgraded appliances and a large dining room table for beautiful sunset dinners - or enjoy dinner on the four seater table just outside on the corner lanai. The master bedroom offers a king size bed with beautifully updated furnishings and a large en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, large shower and two separate sink areas. The second bedroom offers 2 twin beds (that may be converted into a king upon request) with an en-suite bathroom and a private seated lanai. This non-smoking unit is located a few steps up on the second floor (no elevators).

**Guests staying at Mauna Lani Terrace H203 may enjoy complimentary access during their stay to the Mauna Lani Wellness Center and Tennis Club, which features a fully equipped fitness center, lap pool, large gym, locker rooms, five tennis courts (including three lighted courts), and four pickleball courts. Additional classes, such as beach yoga, may also be available for an additional fee. The current membership is valid through 11/01/26 and must be renewed annually by the property owner. Membership may be discontinued without notice.
