★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our stay at Vista Waikoloa was so relaxing and the location couldn’t be beat! We arrived late at night and it was easy to find. The next day we were so happy with the location. We were within walking distance to the Queen’s and King’s shops. The B building that we were in was perfect for us. A slight view of the ocean, sun on the lanai most of the day, close to the pool, close to the exit for walking and close to the BBQs. This unit was perfectly equipped with beach chairs and towels, but not a dumping grounds like some of the airbnb rentals. Beach wise, we spent time at A Bay (we ended up driving because we had the chairs) and at Hāpuna Beach… which is just a 15 minute drive north. The property management company is doing an outstanding job with this place. Thank you for an amazing vacation!! ~Amie G. (February 2026)
★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We enjoy the Waikaloa area as it is within driving distance to some of the best beaches. The location of the condo is walkable to restaurants. It was nice to have a view of the ocean from the patio. We did find the condo to be clean upon our arrival. ~Dana E. (December 2025)

This condo is in an excellent location, with walking to everything in Waikoloa. (Restaurants, shopping, beach etc) It is in very clean and in good condition so easy to relax and enjoy your holiday in comfort. The local management were very quick to respond to questions. The 2nd floor and building location provides a beautiful place to enjoy coffee and breakfast in the morning and sundowners in the afternoon. You will not be disappointed staying in this condo. By the way, it was not clear about the type of coffee maker came with the unit. It has both K-CUP and drip coffee makers. ~Dale J. (January - February 2025)
★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice accommodations. The master bedroom has lots of light and access to the patio. Beautiful views of the nearby mountains and feels very private. I stayed here to be close to the Hilton (8 minute walk) because of a meeting that overbooked the rooms. Luckily, this place is nicer than the Hilton! ~Edward R. (January 2025)

Nice place to stay within walking distance of A-Beach, shopping and restaurants. The condo is in good shape, well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware, coffee pot, etc and the beds were comfortable. Highly recommend it. ~George H. (October 2023)

We had a wonderful time at this property! Perfect location to sandy beaches, food, and mid point to all the main places to Kona, Hawi, Hilo. Our favorite was walking down to the beach for sunset. The condo is clean and well stocked with beach chairs, towels, BBQ utensils, snorkel gear, etc. we thoroughly enjoyed out stay and can’t wait to come again! ~Amber Barley (July - August 2023)
