Description

Oceanfront condo located only steps away from gorgeous beaches, the luxurious Mauna Lani Terrace amenity center and the Auberge Mauna Lani Hotel. H101 is a spacious ground-floor condo that was re-furnished in 2023, offering guests a comfortable 2-bedroom oasis in a prime beachfront location at the Mauna Lani Terrace. Guests have complimentary access to the newly renovated (2020) Terrace amenity center located a few steps away, with a new resort-style pool, hot tub, kids pool, locker rooms, sauna, communal kitchen and upgraded BBQ facilities.

The condo offers a shady outdoor seating area and wet bar that connects to the living room through large sliding glass doors. The spacious living room - newly furnished in 2023 - offers an entertainment center, a dining area and a comfortable sofa sleeper couch and love seat. Guests will love cooking family meals in the upgraded kitchen, which has beautiful granite countertops and all new appliances. The master bedroom offers a large king size bed with an HDTV and private lanai. The master bedroom also features a large private bathroom with two vanities and a separate bathtub and shower. The second bedroom has two twin beds (that may be converted to a king bed upon request) and an en-suite bathroom with a tub and a shower, as well as a sliding door to access the patio.

  • The Mauna Lani Auberge Sports Club and Tennis Garden is a fully-equipped fitness center that includes a lap pool, large gym, steam rooms, locker rooms, five tennis courts (including three lighted courts) and four pickleball courts. The Sports Club and Tennis Garden is available for a fee or is complimentary for all guests who are staying in a property that has purchased the Auberge Membership.  Additional classes — such as beach yoga may also be available for an additional fee.  Please inquire directly with the Sports Club and Tennis Garden for rates, tennis & pickleball court and class availability. 
  • The Mauna Lani Golf Club: The Francis I'i Brown North & South Courses are among the world's best resort courses with 36 holes of spectacular oceanfront golf.
