Description

Oceanfront condo with a prime location at the exclusive Mauna Lani Terrace - in the highly desired "H" building. Guests will enjoy gorgeous ocean and sunset views from the large covered lanai that is steps away from the gorgeous beaches at the Mauna Lani. Nearby, guests have access to the newly renovated (2020) Terrace amenity center, which has a newly constructed pool, spa, kiddie pool and upgraded BBQ facilities. The spacious living room of H201 offers upgraded island furnishings and decor, new carpeting and an entertainment center with a flat screen TV. The spacious living room and kitchen area features granite counter tops and brand new appliances. Both bedrooms have king size beds and televisions along with full bathrooms and private access to the main lanai, which overlooks the ocean. This non-smoking unit is located a few steps up on the second floor (no elevators). A unique perk of H201 is that the owner's pay for fresh local flowers and orchids to be placed in the unit every month - so the sights and smells of tropical Hawaii permeate this beautiful condo!

The Sports Club and Tennis Garden is available for a fee or is complimentary for all guests who are staying in a property that has purchased the Auberge Membership.  Additional classes — such as beach yoga may also be available for an additional fee.  Please inquire directly with the Sports Club and Tennis Garden for rates, tennis & pickleball court and class availability.
