Description

Gorgeous oceanfront condo with two ocean view master bedrooms at the Mauna Lani Terrace. Located in the highly desired H-building due to its close proximity to the beach and the Terrace amenity center, H301 is a newly renovated top-floor condo with a spacious patio that offers panoramic views of the ocean and the island of Maui. The condo is only steps away from the Terrace's newly constructed (2020) amenity center, which features a pool, spa, kiddie pool and upgraded BBQ facilities.

H301 has a newly renovated living room and kitchen that offers high vaulted ceilings, brand-new cabinetry, brand-new light wood flooring and all new furniture (2023). The spacious living room has large sliding glass doors that connect to the patio, offering guests the option of dining either indoors or outdoors. The condo has two master bedrooms that both offer ocean views, king size beds, private bathrooms and private access to the patio. Bedroom #1 has a large bathroom with two vanity counters and a shower with a sitting bench. Bedroom #2 has a bathroom with a large shower that has a sitting bench.

Enjoy the salty breeze of the Pacific Ocean from your luxurious Big Island dream condo at H301. Spend your days lounging at the private Beach Club, located a beautiful 5-minute walk along the coast away, and have lunch on the sand at Napua restaurant. The Sports Club and Tennis Garden is available for a fee or is complimentary for all guests who are staying in a property that has purchased the Auberge Membership.  Additional classes — such as beach yoga may also be available for an additional fee.  Please inquire directly with the Sports Club and Tennis Garden for rates, tennis & pickleball court and class availability.
