Description

This spacious two bedroom condo has a large outdoor lanai with views of the Pacific Ocean, a spacious living room and a kitchen with granite countertops. The primary bedroom has a king size bed, a glass sliding door to the lanai, and a newly renovated en-suite bathroom with a tub and a separate shower. The guest bedroom has a full bed and a twin bed, as well as a newly renovated en-suite bathroom with a shower. The HOA has scheduled a deep cleaning of the tile and concrete at the pool and will be staining the concrete and sealing the entire deck.  This will require the pool to be closed for about a week. The work is scheduled to begin on Monday, August 17th and should be completed by Monday, August 24th, but may be done sooner. Access to the pool at the Shores at Waikoloa has been granted for owners and registered guests during the Vista pool closure.
