Wai'ula'ula 411 is one of the few and exclusive Estate Homes in the Wai'ula'ula community. This single-family resort home just completed construction at the end of 2015 and boasts spectacular ocean, golf course and sunset views. This 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath private home features a private pool and hot tub, dual master suites, a fully-equipped kitchen and generous living spaces. Fully retractable pocket doors open to the outdoor living spaces with a BBQ, wet bar, lounges and indoor or outdoor dining options. The two master suites each face the beautiful ocean views and boast huge bathrooms and 54" flat screen tv's. Both master bedrooms have large walk-in closets, separate shower and bathtubs, plus a bonus outdoor shower off of one of the bathrooms. The third bedroom is very private with two twin beds, a 32" flat screen tv and peaceful mountain views. WIFI and cable is provided throughout the home as well as the amazing amenities of Wai'ula'ula and the Mauna Kea Resort are just a few minutes away.

Guests of Waiulaula Estate 411 may purchase resort access to use the Mauna Kea Resort Club facilities during your stay for $180/day in 2024 (2025 rates have yet TBD & are subject to change) + tax, per RESERVATION (not per person). Purchase of this membership includes the following privileges at the Mauna Kea Beach Hotel and the Westin Hapuna Beach Hotel facilities: Charging privileges at both hotels for dining and activities, access to hotel beaches and pools, use of towels, lounge chairs, umbrellas, reduced golf rates, tennis (court fees apply), use of two fitness centers (yoga and group classes available for a fee), and an access card for preferred parking at the hotel.

Starting April 2024, the Mauna Kea Beach Hotel will be undergoing a major renovation. The hotel is not planned to be closed entirely - instead the renovation will occur in sections which may, at times, cause interruptions to golf, tennis and hotel services. Please contact the Mauna Kea Beach Hotel- (808) 882-7222 - for more specific information about access during your travel dates. The renovation will be ongoing from April 2024 until the summer of 2025. The Westin Hapuna Hotel will *not* be impacted by the renovation and will be open as normal.
