The Vista Waikoloa condominiums are spacious 2 and 3 bedroom residences. Built in 1991, the Vista condominiums are larger than most properties and have extra living space and ceiling fans for natural ventilation. All units are air conditioned and feature a light pleasant atmosphere. The HOA has scheduled a deep cleaning of the tile and concrete at the pool and will be staining the concrete and sealing the entire deck. This will require the pool to be closed for about a week. The work is scheduled to begin on Monday, August 17th and should be completed by Monday, August 24th, but may be done sooner. Access to the pool at the Shores at Waikoloa has been granted for owners and registered guests during the Vista pool closure.
