Hawaii is excited to welcome back visitors starting October 15!
Pre-Travel Testing Program
Starting October 15, Hawaii is re-opening travel to visitors using a two-test process — one test taken within 72-hours of arrival, and a second rapid test taken at the airport upon landing. The testing process is becoming more efficient every day. Most visitors will be cleared to leave the Kona Airport within an hour. We recommend our upcoming guests plan their test in advance. The FDA-approved NAAT tests is the only test currently accepted by the state of Hawaii. Tests are available at CVS Pharmacies as well as through Kaiser Permanente — and mail-in tests are available through VaultHealth.com. More detailed information on pre-arrival testing can be found on the Hawaii Governor's website.
