Gorgeous, ultra-modern luxury dream home with panoramic ocean views and a private pool at the Mauna Kea Resort. Located on the prime ocean view lot at Amaui Villas, Hale Hapuna (Home of Life-Giving Waters) features beautiful views of the Pacific Ocean and Maui from a backyard that offers a heated pool, spill-over hot tub and plenty of lanai space to BBQ and lounge to the spectacular Hawaiian sunsets. Newly completed in 2023, Hale Hapuna boasts high ceilings, spacious living quarters, a chefs kitchen and three large bedrooms with private bathrooms. All guests have access to The Park at Hapuna Estates next door, which offers a 75 foot lap pool, large waterslide, game room, state-of-the-art fitness center and daybed pods - all with breathtaking views.

Hale Hapuna features a beautiful master suite, with direct ocean views, a television, a twin sleeper bed for a child, a luxurious walk-in bathroom with a soaking tub, outdoor shower and a marble and Italian mosaic rain shower. Each of the three bedrooms have views of the ocean, walk-in closets, and their own private bathrooms. The second guest room offers a king-size bed and television as well as unobstructed ocean and sunset views. The third bedroom offers two queen beds and a spacious area for stretching or playtime. *Please note that all bedrooms feature electronic black-out shades that were installed after the photos were taken.

*Please note that the home has recently completed construction (summer 2023) and there is some active construction in the surrounding areas. As a result, Hale Hapuna is being offered at a reduced introductory rate and the nightly rates will increase once the construction has ceased.

Guests of Hale Hapuna may purchase resort access to use the Mauna Kea Resort Club facilities during your stay for $180/day in 2024 (2025 rates have yet TBD & are subject to change) + tax, per RESERVATION (not per person). Purchase of this membership includes the following privileges at the Mauna Kea Beach Hotel and the Westin Hapuna Beach Hotel facilities: Charging privileges at both hotels for dining and activities, access to hotel beaches and pools, use of towels, lounge chairs, umbrellas, reduced golf rates, tennis (court fees apply), use of two fitness centers (yoga and group classes available for a fee), and an access card for preferred parking at the hotel.

Starting April 2024, the Mauna Kea Beach Hotel will be undergoing a major renovation. The Westin Hapuna Beach Resort and all associated amenities, where Amaui Villas is located, will *not* be impacted by the renovation and will be open as normal. The Mauna Kea Beach Hotel is not planned to be closed entirely - instead the renovation will occur in sections.     Starting April 2024, the Mauna Kea Beach Hotel will be undergoing a major renovation. The hotel is not planned to be closed entirely - instead the renovation will occur in sections which may, at times, cause interruptions to golf, tennis and hotel services. Please contact the Mauna Kea Beach Hotel- (808) 882-7222 - for more specific information about access during your travel dates. The renovation will be ongoing from April 2024 until the summer of 2025. The Westin Hapuna Hotel will *not* be impacted by the renovation and will be open as normal.
