Description

Located at the exclusive Mauna Kea Resort, Kumulani I3 is a beautifully designed two bedroom top-floor condo with panoramic ocean views. Located in the Uplands, I3 is a perfect choice for visitors who want enjoy the world-class Mauna Kea Resort, which includes two of the best beaches on the Big Island. The condo's spacious living room has a flat screen TV and wall length glass sliding doors that open to a spacious lanai with unobstructed Pacific Ocean views. The master bedroom has a king bed, a TV and a large en-suite bathroom with a tub and shower. The guest bedroom has two twin beds that can be converted to a king bed upon request. Amenities include fast wireless internet access at no additional charge, a washer and dryer, central air conditioning, ceiling fans for natural ventilation, and a fully equipped kitchen.

Guests of Kumulani at Mauna Kea I3 may purchase resort access to use the Mauna Kea Resort Club facilities during your stay for $120/day in 2024 (2025 rates have yet TBD & are subject to change) + tax, per RESERVATION (not per person). Purchase of this membership includes the following privileges at the Mauna Kea Beach Hotel and the Westin Hapuna Beach Hotel facilities: Charging privileges at both hotels for dining and activities, access to hotel beaches and pools, use of towels, lounge chairs, umbrellas, reduced golf rates, tennis (court fees apply), use of two fitness centers (yoga and group classes available for a fee), and an access card for preferred parking at the hotel.

Please note: The Kumulani Association will be doing exterior painting on the communal Recreation Center between 5/06/24 to 5/25/24. The Recreation Center will be closed completely from 5/20/24 to 5/25/24 to allow for proper prepping of the floors along with the curing process. Dates are subject to change based on weather.

Starting April 2024, the Mauna Kea Beach Hotel will be undergoing a major renovation. The hotel is not planned to be closed entirely - instead the renovation will occur in sections which may, at times, cause interruptions to golf, tennis and hotel services. Please contact the Mauna Kea Beach Hotel- (808) 882-7222 - for more specific information about access during your travel dates. The renovation will be ongoing from April 2024 until the summer of 2025. The Westin Hapuna Hotel will *not* be impacted by the renovation and will be open as normal.
